细胞核因子KB（NF-kB）是一种重要的核转录因子，广泛存在于各种真核细胞中。在免疫应答、应激反应、炎症、细胞凋亡和重要脏器缺血／再灌注损伤等方面具有重要作用。本文就NF-kB在不同器官缺血／再灌注损伤中的研究进展予以综述。

Nuclear factor-KB is a key factor of transcription regulation, which presents in eukaryotic cell widespread. It plays important roles in progress of immunological response, stress reaction, inflamma- tion,apoptosis and significant organs ischemia/reperfusion injury. This article reviewed the progress about the function of nuclear factor-KB in different organs ischemia/reperfusion injury.
