通过了解YQK-1250液压机的结构原理,利用Solidworks软件建立了液压机滑块的三维实体模型,并且把三维模型导入到ANSYS软件中,通过采用Lanczos方法分析了液压机滑块的模态,得到亍其前八阶的固有频率和振型,分析了液压滑块在各种振型下的结构性能,并掌握了其动态的性能。接着又把滑块的模型进行参数化,并将优化的目标确立为滑块的总质量。将子问题方式引入到优化算法中来,通过优化滑块的结构,使其质量达到了最小,并且位移和应力的分布规律更加均匀。
By understanding the structual principle of YQK-1250 hydropress a 3D model for the slide block of the YQK-1250 hydraulic press is establised by solidworks,and then this model is imported into Ansys to complete the modal analysis with the method Lanczos.and acquire the natural frequency and vibration mode.Through analyzing their structure performance under the various vibration modes ,the dy- namic character is got.After that,the mode is parameterized,and the optimized target shall be defined to be the total mass of the slid block.Finally the subproblem method shall be imported into the optimization algo- rithm to optimize the structure of the slide block and make the mass to be minimum with displacement and stress distribution being more uniform
