住房公积金个人住房贷款作为国家政策性住房金融的主体,因其利息负担优势已成为城镇职工购房贷款的首选。随着信贷规模不断扩大和贷款品种不断创新,伴随的贷款风险在不断累积,特别是住房公积金期房贷款因抵押物在建的特殊性风险更大。住房公积金管理中心应当采取切实有效的措施,防范和化解贷款风险,促进住房公积金期房贷款可持续发展,不断为广大缴存职工改善住房条件提供有力的金融信贷支持。
As the main body of the national policy of housing finance, individual housing loans of housing provident fund has be- come the majority of urban workers personal house purchase loans preferred because of its interest burden advantage. But with the constantly expanding credit scale and innovative loan products, loan risk also continue to accumulate increased, especially the forward delivery loans of housing provident fund have larger risk because of the particularity of collateral in the construction. Housing fund management center should take effective measures to prevent and mitigate credit risk, promote sustainable development of forward delivery loan of housing provident fund, and continue to provide strong fi- nancial and credit support for majority of paid workers improving the housing condition.
