Grass-roots party organizations constitute the foundation of the Party＇s all working and combat capacity.How to innovate the carrier with which the grass-roots Party organizations implement activities to give actual play to the grass-roots Party organizations＇ role of political core and fight fortress and the pioneer and exemplary role of the communist party members is a very real problem facing the current Party building of colleges and universities.Based on the exploration and practice that Shenyang Agricultural University innovates the activity carrier of the grass-roots Party organization through carrying out the communist party member engineering activity it is concluded that strengthening a comprehensive investigation and research, choosing the key and difficult points as goals to break through, making fine management and guidance in the whole process, constructing a tracking and supervising system, deepening the summary and acceptance of total elements, and protruding the exemplary and leading role of advanced typical characters are all effective measures to playing the important role of the communist party member engineering in the Party building of colleges and universities.
