巨灾损失中往往存在极端值,一般统计分布对其拟合效果欠佳,本文运用极值理论对极端值建模,基于分层定价的思想,在不同的起赔点下对再保险超额损失部分的定价进行了探讨,并以洪水损失数据为例进行了实证研究,拟合了POT模型,得到了洪水再保险纯保费。
The general statistical distributions are not suitable for fitting the heavy-tailed data since the catastrophe loss data contains some extreme values. In this paper, we consider the premium of excess- of-loss reinsurance policies with different attachment points based on the idea of layered pricing using extreme value model, and we fit POT model to the flood loss data to determine the pure premium of flood reinsurance in the empirical analysis.
