运用交易费用理论、能力理论等方法对物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain,LSSC)的演化机制、结构模型、内涵本质、协调机制等进行较为系统的定性研究,为深入系统研究LSSC提供理论基础.研究表明:受社会分工与专业化、节约交易费用和聚焦核心竞争力的动力驱使,LSSC形成独特的演化模式.LSSC本质上是1条能力供给链,只能通过物流能力的配置来优化供应链,物流服务能力的获取与整合成为LSSC优化的关键.LSSC通过成员间基于核心能力的分工与合作来实现关系协调,这种协调需要专用性关系资产投资、知识共享惯例等机制来保障.
In order to provide theoretical basis for Logistics Service Supply Chain (LSSC), the evolution mechanism, essence, characteristics and structural model of LSSC are analyzed qualitatively and systematically by transaction cost theory and competence theory etc. Results show that driven by division of social labor and specialization, transaction cost reduction and core-competence-refocused, LSSC presents its special evolution model. In essence, LSSC is a competence chain and optimized only by allocating logis- tics competence. Therefore, obtaining and integration of logistics competence is the key to LSSC optimization. Furthermore, the coordination mechanisms such as relation-specific assets investment, knowledgesharing routines are needed to ensure that relational coordination based on core competence division and cooperation of 'members in LSSC is suggested.
