战略性新兴产业集群发展是我国的战略需求。战略性新兴产业集群的使命是要素集聚与协同共享,其本质是知识网、社会网、物联网、价值网四网融合。要素网络相互协同,共同作用于战略性新兴产业集群发展。据此,提出战略性新兴产业集群全要素网络概念,研究其结构和内在关系,构建理论框架模型,并从动力机制、组织协调机制、利益分配机制和保障机制等方面对全要素网络共享机制进行全面阐释。
英文摘要：
Development of strategic emerging industrial clusters is national demand of China. The mission of strategic industrial cluster is to gather resources and promote sharing and cooperation. Its nature is resource networks including knowledge network, social network, internet of things and value network. The synergy among networks promotes the development of strategic emerging industrial clusters. Hence, the conception of total factor network in strategic emerging industrial clusters is constructed, and its structure, internal relations are analyzed. Based on these, a theoretical framework model is built. Furthermore, the resource sharing mechanisms including dynamic mechanism, organization and coordina- tion mechanism, interest distribution mechanism and safeguard mechanism are discussed.
