隐性知识共享是知识管理的重要内容。隐性知识共享过程需以社会网络为载体,以社会心理为基础。分析隐性知识共享的社会心理学基础,系统研究隐性知识共享的社会心理因素,包括基础因素、激励因素、控制因素、行为因素和目标因素,进而剖析社会心理与隐性知识共享的双向互动机理,构建基于社会心理的隐性知识共享理论模型,对于从社会心理角度把握隐性知识共享的内在机制具有重要理论参考价值。

Tacit knowledge sharing is an important content of knowledge management. Tacit knowledge sharing process is sup- ported by social network and based on social psychology. This paper analyzes the social psychology basis of tacit knowledge sharing and systematically researches the social psychology factors of tacit knowledge sharing, including basic factor, motivating factor, controlling factor, behavioral factor and target factor. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the bilateral interaction mechanism of social psychology and tacit knowledge sharing and constructs the model of tacit knowledge sharing theory based on social psychology, which provide an important theoretical reference to grasp the inner mechanism of tacit knowledge sharing from the perspective of social psychology.
