在我国土地利用开发模式始终滞后于城市交通发展的背景下,介绍TOD的公交导向开发模式,以整体居民公共交通出行效率为依据,合理调整土地利用方式,建立以公交为导向的城市土地利用优化模型,采用混合遗传算法进行优化,并以2005年哈尔滨统计数据为例作一对比分析,结果表明采用以公交为导向的城市土地利用模型能取得良好的效果。
Considering the pattern of land-use development in China has always been lagging be hind urban transport development, the TOD(Transit Oriented Development) pattern is introduced. Based on the overall travel efficiency of transit about the residents, the pattern of land-use is adjusted reasonably. It has established a public-oriented model of urban land-use optimizing involved mixed genetic algorithm to optimize the model. According to the statistics of Harbin in 2005, a comparative analysis shows that this model can achieve satisfying effect.
