This paper develops a Parking Guidance and Information System（PGIS） for National Stadium from the practical prospect.This paper selects the USA National ITS Architecture Version 5.1 as the guidance and the development of the Parking Guidance and Information System is totally based on the analysis and comprehension of the architecture context.
