针对集成数据之间存在相互关联的直觉不确定语言多属性群决策问题,引入Power平均算子和支持度概念,提出了广义直觉不确定语言Power几何算子(GIULPG)算子、广义直觉不确定语言Power加权几何(GIULPWG)算子、广义直觉不确定语言Power有序加权几何(GIULPOWG)算子和广义直觉不确定语言Power混合几何(GIULPHG)算子,探讨分析上述相关集结算子的若干性质及其特例,并在其基础上构建了属性值为直觉不确定语言数的多属性群决策方法。将该决策方法应用于人才评价实例上,验证该方法的可行性和有效性。
With respect to multiple attribute group decision making problems in which considering the relationships between the aggregation arguments, and attribute values take the form of intuitionistic uncertain linguistic numbers, some new intuitionistic uncertain linguistic power geometric operators are proposed motived by the power average operator, such as intuitionistic uncertain linguistic power generalized geometric (GIULPG) operator, an intuitionistic uncertain linguistic power generalized weighted geometric (GIULPWG) operator, an intuitionistic uncertain linguistic power generalized ordered weighted geometric (GIULPOWG) operator and an intuitionistic linguistic power generalized hybrid geometric (GIULPHG) operator, and we have studied some desirable properties of these operators. Moreover, based on the proposed operators , an new approach to multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) with intuitionistie uncertain linguistic information is developed. Finally, an example about talent evaluation is giveri to illustrate the decision-making process, verify the developed approach and demonstrate its reasonability and effectiveness.
