在给出加工零件外型的基础上,采用直线逼近与坐标变换的方法对工件外轮廓曲线进行逼近,求得加工时间与加工误差。采用数据采样法进行两坐标联动直线插补,在插补算法的基础上给出步进电机的控制次序。为了提高加工精度和加工效率,根据刀具(砂轮)固定的具体条件,通过调整工件的位置和姿态实现对工件外形的加工,并对方案进行了误差分析及合理性分析。
On the basis of the given profile of the process part, the profile curves were approached by using linear approximation and coordinate transformation method, so that the process time and the process error were obtained. By adopting the straight line interpolation of two coordinate linkage with data sampling method, the control sequence of the step motor was given on the foundation of in- terpolation algorithm. In order to improve the processing accuracy and efficiency, the profiling process was realized by adjusting the workpieee's position and gesture according to the concrete term of the cutting tool ( grinding wheel) fixed. The error analysis and the rational analysis were made.
