为分析土地浪费,高效利用土地,构建考虑碳排放的非农用地生态效率的动态模型。该模型不仅结合Malmquist指数和DEA技术,而且考虑二氧化碳排放的约束条件,衡量经济效率的同时兼顾了生态保护。通过分析城市非农用地生态效率的动态变化,并将生态效率分解为技术进步因素和技术效率因素,有助于找到土地浪费的根源。最后以中国28个省区市1999-2010年非农用地为例,说明该方法的有效性和实用性。
In order to alleviate the land waste and use land efficiently, we establish dynamic efficiency equations of non- agriculture considering carbon emission. We not only combine Malmquist and DEA, but also consider carbon emission. Ways to improve the eco-efficiency of non-agricultural land can be found by analysing its dynamic changes of eco-efficiency and decomposition eco-efficiency into technical efficiency and technological progress to reveal the reasons for land waste. Non-agricultural land of China's 28 provinces from 1999 to 2010 are examplified, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the method.
