Based ou the questionnaire datum of three economic regions in Zhejiang province and by using SPSS, this paper analyzes the correlation between the connectivity to regional network of innovation and the performance of regional innovation, regional economic development. The theoretical analysis suggests that the connectivity to regional network of innovation that is mainly formed by the innovation pole -R＆D center of firm has a remarkable effect Oll regional development. It also concludes that the difference of the connectivity to regional network of innovation among three economic regions in Zhejiang province is all important cause for the disparity of the performance of regional innovation, regional economic development.
