数控机床在其整个寿命周期中,会使用到大量的、各种类型的油品,油品的品质特别是清洁度对产品可靠性、性能稳定性和精度寿命的影响很大。为了规范油品的使用和管理,减少乃至完全消除由于油品的不规范使用而造成的各种质量问题和损失,提高数控机床的可靠性和性能稳定性,文章提出解决这一问题的技术关键——产品寿命周期油品管理技术。文章对油品管理技术进行了系统全面的介绍,包括油品管理技术的基本概念、体系架构以及管理规范,最后以某机床制造企业的实例对油品管理技术的应用进行了介绍。
In the entire life of CNC machine tools, a large number of oil will be used, and the quality of oil has a great influence on the reliability of the product, especially the cleanliness of oil. In order to regulate the use and management of oil, to reduce or completely eliminate the problems and losses due to the oil caused by the use of non-standard, and to improve the reliability and stability of CNC machine tools, this paper proposes the key technology oil management technology to solve this problem. In this paper, oil management technology is introduced comprehensively, including the basic concepts oil management technology, architecture and management practices, at last an example in a machine tool manufacturing company is taken to discuss the application of oil management technology.
