采用响应面法对乙醇提取沉香叶茶多酚的工艺条件进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上选取乙醇体积分数、料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间四因素,利用Box-Behnken试验和响应面分析法,研究了各自变量交互作用及其对沉香叶茶多酚提取率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。结果表明,最优工艺条件为:浸提时间40min、液料比30mL·g-1、浸提温度90℃、乙醇浓度40%(v/v),在此条件下茶多酚实测得率为13.72%,与响应曲面拟合所得方程的预测值13.46%符合良好。
Response surface methodology(RSM) was selected to optimize the ethanol extraction process of tea polyphenol from agilawood leaves. Based on the experiment of a single factor,the mathematical regres- sion model was established. The dependent variable's (extraction yield of tea polyphennol) and independent variables(ethanol concentration, ratio of liquid to solid, extraction time, and extraction temperature) were based on Box-Benhnken design and RSM. The results showed optimum extraction parameters were could be: ethanol concentration of 40 % (v/v),the ratio of liquid to solid of 30 (mL · g 1), extraction time of 40 rain,extraction temperature of 90℃. Under these conditions,the practical yield of tea polyphenol was 13. 72% ,which was consistent with the predicted yield of tea polyphenol of 13.46%.
