以黑节草种子为外植体,研究比较了基本培养基、蔗糖、激素及激素组合对黑节草试管苗生长的影响。结果表明:以1/2MS大量元素、MS全量微量元素及有机物为基本培养基,附加2%蔗糖、1.0mg/L NAA和1.0mg/L IAA,组成壮苗培养基,能有效地诱导再生植株的新根萌发并能促进茎和根的发育。
Taking the seeds of Dendrobium candidum Wall ex Lindl. as material, the effect of media with sucrose, hormones and hormone combinations of NAA (Naphthaleneacetic acid ), IAA (3-indoleacetic acid) and IBA (3-indolebutyric acid) on growth of plantlets were studied. The results showed that the new roots of regenerated plantlets could be efficiently induced ,and the development of stems and roots could be promoted on the basal medium with half of macronutrients and all the other micronutrients and organic nutrients of MS (Murashige and Skoog) medium, supplemented with 1.0 rng/L NAA,1. 0 mg/L IAA and 2% sucrose.
