农业科技进步对增强我国农业综合生产力、保障国家粮食安全和确保重要农产品有效供给起到了关键作用,但是我国农业科技的国际影响力还很弱,特别是我国农业科技人员的国际影响力亟待提高。文章针对如何提高我国农业科技人员的国际地位,在发表高水平SCI论文、参加和组织国际农业合作研究项目、参与和组织国际农业学术交流活动、培养农业领域有国际影响力的学者四个方面提出了具体建议。

英文摘要：

Advance of agricultural science and technology has made tremendous contribution to the enhancement of agricultural productivity and national food security in China. However, China＇s agrlcuhural science and technology has less international impact. Moreover, international impact of China＇s agricultural scientific researchers should be raised. Suggestions for raising the international position of Chinese agricultural scientific researchers were put forward, such as publishing high level SCI papers, participating and organizing international agricultural collaborative research projects, participating and organizing international academic exchange activities, and fostering more internationally known experts in agriculture.
