信任修复是近年来学术界关注的热点问题，目前学术界从心理认知、人际关系、社会制度层面形成了三种信任修复理论：基于归因理论的信任修复、基于社会平衡理论的信任修复、基于制度理论的信任修复。本研究在对三种理论适用情景及相互关系分析的基础上，构建了政府信任修复的4阶段整合模型，并进一步对每一阶段的修复机理、相应的修复策略进行了分析和阐述，从而形成了政府在公共危机事件中修复信任的系统性框架。

英文摘要：

Trust repair is a hot issue in recent years. From cognitive, interpersonal relation, social institution perspective respectively, there are three theories including trust repair based on the attribution theory, trust repair based on the balance theory, and trust repair based on system theory. On the base of discussing the relation and application of these theories, the research constructs a four--phase trust repair model, analyzing government trust repair mechanism, as well as its tactics. It may help government improve it＇s ability to deal with the public crisis events.
