In order to reduce the load on signaling links of mobile communication core networks and improve resource utilization, a novel networking scheme of core networks is proposed in this paper. Implemented by means of MSC POOL networking, the scheme establishes a mathematical model with random access mobile user in MSC POOL based core networks, qualitatively analyzes and conducts experiments on MSC POOL based core networks using Poisson distribution model. Experimental results demonstrate that, compared with traditional networking schemes, the proposed scheme not only reduces the network load rate, but improves both handover success rate and location update success rate as well. Thus, mobile network structure and the overall performances have been enhanced.
