应用微分脉冲伏安法和循环伏安法对呋喃丹在玻碳电极上的阳极伏安行为进行了研究,结果发现,在0.1mol/LHCl溶液中,于+0.76V(VS.Ag/AgCl)左右产生了一个良好的阳极氧化峰;其浓度在1.8×10^-5~8.0×10^-4mol/L范围内与峰电流呈线性关系(r=0.9997)。检测限为1.0×10^-7mol/L,对于1×10^-4mol/L呋喃丹溶液平行测7次RSD(相对标准偏差)为1.81%,模拟土样回收率为92.28%~95.60%,且该方法具有很强的抗干扰能力。
By means of differential pulse voltammetry and circulation voltammetry, the anodic voltammetric behavior of carbofuran on the glass carbon electrodes are studied. The results are as following: in 0. 1 mol/L HCl solution, an oxidative peak of carbofuran is generated at about q-0.74 V (vs. Ag/AgCI) ; the concentration is linearly related with the peak current in the range of 1.8 ×10^-5- 8.0 ×10^-4 mol/L (r=0. 999 7) ; the relative standard deviation is 1.0 ×10^-7 mol/L; the average RSD of 7 tests for the 1×10^-4 mol/L carbofuran is 1.81% and the recovery rate of the carbofuran in urine samples is 92.28%-95.60%. The method is with strong anti-disturbance ability.
