With the popularity of Web2.0 network application mode, the intellectual resources becomesthe third network resources after the device hardware resources and information software resources, andan important power source to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. On the basis of the detailedcombing on the origin of network intellectual resources, the essential characteristics of network intellectu-al resources are summarized, the aggregation elements of network intellectual resources are analyzed sys-tematically, and then the aggregation model of network intelligence resources enterprise＇s core competi-tiveness-oriented is structured. The core steps in the model, are analyzed detailed, and several key issuesare discussed. The purpose of this article is to make a useful exploration to enhance the core competitive-ness of enterprises with network intelligence resources.
