环境激素是一类外源性化合物，其种类繁多、来源广泛、途径复杂、状态多样，作用于生殖系统、神经系统、免疫系统、内分泌系统、肝脏肾脏等，对人类的健康、生长发育和繁衍具有严重危害。由于环境激素作用机理的复杂性，很多方面尚属未知。环境激素的筛选和检测方法、环境激素对生物和人体的作用机制、环境激素的环境行为、环境激素的容量、环境激素的防治措施等．是目前研究的前沿和热点。我国应加强环境激素研究，组织多学科、多领域的科学家协同攻关。
英文摘要：
Environmental hormone is a kind of exogenous compound, which has many sorts, sources, approaches, and conditions. Environmental hormone exerts effects on reproductive system, nervous system, immune system, endocrine system, liver, and kidney, harming human being＇s health, growth, development, and reproduction. Due to the complexity of function mechanism, many aspects of environmental hormone have not been known. Enviromnental hormone＇s selective and detective method, mechanism on organism and human, environmental behavior, capacity, and protective measure, are the present front fields and hotspots. China should enhance studies on environmental hormone, encourage multi-disciplinary scientists to tackle key problems.
