干旱对不同耐旱性玉米品种干物质及氮素积累分配的影响

通过盆栽人工模拟干旱试验,研究了全生育期中度干旱胁迫对不同耐旱玉米品种干物质及氮素积累分配的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,耐旱玉米杂交种比对照减产33.7%,不耐旱玉米杂交种则比对照减产62.3%。干旱胁迫导致玉米干物质积累量降低、各器官干物质向籽粒转移率降低;氮收获指数(NHI)、氮肥效率(NFE)显著降低,氮生理效率(NPE)升高。干旱胁迫下耐旱玉米品种干物质及各器官干物质向籽粒转移率下降幅度低于不耐旱玉米品种,耐旱玉米品种NHI、NPE降低程度低,这可能是耐旱玉米品种在干旱胁迫下取得较高产量的重要原因之一。

英文摘要:

The pot experiment was conducted under the moderate drought stress in the whole growth period to study the effects of drought on the accumulation and distribution of dry matter and nitrogen of different drought - tolerant maize varieties. The results showed that under drought stress, the yield of drought - tolerant maize reduced 33.7% compared with the control, while that of non - drought - tolerant maize reduced 62. 3%. Drought stress led to dry matter weight and dry matter transfer rate reduced, nitrogen harvest index (NHI) and nitrogen fertilizer efficiency(NFE) reduced significantly, nitrogen physiology efficiency(NPE) increased. The dry matter weight, dry matter transfer rate, NHI and NPE of drought - tolerant maize reduced less than those of non - drought - tolerant maize. It may play one of the important roles in getting high yield of drought- tolerant maize under drought stress.
