英文摘要：
In practice, it is often that the information of weights＇ and values for evaluation criteria are incomplete and uncertain. The paper proposed a synthetic evaluating method based on the conception of possibility degree. The models can evaluate and rank E- business websites under indeterminate information conditions, which enhanced its practicability and feasibility. A computational example is showed to testify the efficiency of the method.
