Although Fenhe River Basin is located in semi-arid monsoon climate, water resources is relative lack. Because of the construction of a channel system extending in all directions, water irrigation project developed, forming a more systematic management system of water resources. The limited water resources are used and allocated reasonably. Specially in Hong-tong County, water conservancy records are very detailed. Through the management systems research of the ancient water resources, we know it is very important to perfect the current management system of water resources.
