针对江苏省政府统一区划下的江苏省机场群在发展中所面临的航线同质化程度高、小机场利用率低、政府补贴过高等问题,给出一个优化运营的思路:将目前江苏省内小机场部分航线上的客流,汇聚到南京禄口机场进行中转运输.分别从航空公司、旅客和机场角度,对航空公司运营成本、旅客出行时间评价,以及禄口机场利用率进行评估,分析优化运营前后,各指标的变化情况.结果表明:优化后,航空公司运营成本下降33.23%,禄口机场利用率增加9.65%.同时,航线上增加的航班频率可使旅客的平均计划延误时间下降58.3%.优化后的运营方案,对于帮助江苏省机场向机场群运营模式发展,是可行且适用的.
Focusing on the problems of high homogeneous airlines, under-utilization of small airports, and high subsidies from local government, faced by Jiangsu Province in developing of multi-airport system, a hypothesis for optimized airline operation is presented. Based on this hypothesis, the traffic flow from small airports is firstly collected and then transited to airports around the country via NKG airport. From the perspectives of airlines, passengers, and airports, the airline operating cost, pas- senger travel time evaluation, and the utilization of NKG airport are estimated. The optimization re- suits show that: the operating cost of the airline decreases by 33.23% and the utilization of NKG air- port increases by 9.65%. Meanwhile, the increased flight frequency leads to a decline of 58.3% of passenger schedule delay. It indicates that the hypothesis presented is feasible and suitable to the de- velopment of multi-airport system in Jiangsu Province.
