主要关注创新网络中企业的关系嵌入与学习能力对服务创新绩效的影响机理,在相关理论的基础上,选择6家不同行业的中国企业,运用规范的案例分析方法,构造关系嵌入、组织学习能力与服务创新绩效研究的初始概念模型。
This paper focuses on the impact of relational embeddedness and learning capability on service innovation performance.Based on literature review,the author makes a multi-case study on six Chinese companies from different industries.Using normative methods of case study,the paper puts forward a conceptual model of the relationship between rational embeddedness,organizational learning capability and service innovation performance.
