Based on geographic information systems （GIS） and geostatistics, this paper is to take Suzhou City as an example to reveal the spatial variation of its commercial land price. We select 230 land price sample dates from the updating of 2010th standard land price as the basic data. Applying the analysis of semi - variance function structure, the models of semi -variance function are fitted. Also, by Kriging process, the thematic map of commercial land price in Suzhou is established.
