将析出硬化钢10Ni3MnCuAl在900℃固溶处理2h,500℃二时效处理4h或100h后,用三维原子探针(3DAP)研究钢中NiAl和cu的析出位置关系。结果表明,固溶样品中Ni、Al和cu三种元素分布均匀。500℃时效4h的样品中发现金属间化合物NiAl和富Cu相在相同位置析出,随着时效时间增加到100h,NiAl相和富cu相有逐渐分离的趋势,这是因为NiAl相为体心立方的B2结构,而富Cu相此时已趋于向面心立方的ε-Cu转变。
Three dimensional atom probe (3 DAP) was carried out to characterize the position of precipitation NiA1 and Cu in precipitation hardening steel 10Ni3MnCuA1 aging at 500 ℃ for 4 h or 100 h after solution treatment at 900 ℃. The results indicated that the elements Ni, A1 and Cu were homogeneously dissolved in the matrix of solution specimen. A significantly segregated of intermetallic NiA1 and Cu-rich located nearly at the same position in the specimen aging for 4 h at 500 ℃, and it was found that there' s plainly a separated tendency of intermetallic NiA1 and Cu-rich phase with aging time increasing to 100 h, which was attributed to the difference structure between B2 ordered intermetallic NiA1 and fee ε-Cu.
