The time of arrival equation of pulse and the timing equation of pulsar navigation in 1PN approximation is derived.The general relativity effect is analyzed.The binomial expand expression of timing equation is given.The timing error due to the pulsar ephemeris is discussed.In the end,the effects of planet ephemeris error and the flattening of bodies are presented.
