通过对某复杂产品制造企业现有数控加工流程进行分析,建立了一个仿真优化集成框架,并提出了一种新的建模求解思路:首先,以通用仿真工具Arena为基础,建立其加工车间的仿真模型;其次,将遗传算法与启发式方法相结合,以遗传算法优化各机器前工件加工的优先顺序,并在仿真过程中,结合启发式规则和一种重调度策略实现动态实时调度;最后,应用面向对象的编程思想,借助Arena类库,设计了一个作业排序问题的仿真优化集成框架.通过实例验证了算法的有效性.
Against the background of one CNC machining workshop,an integration system framework was established based on optimization and simulation.By this way,Arena was used for modeling CNC machining job shop problems firstly.Then,according to the CNC machining workshop,a genetic algorithm was proposed to find the optimal solution,as well as heuristic method and re-scheduling policy integrated in Arena simulation model.At last,an optimization and simulation integrated framework was achieved based on Arena class library and its interface with VB.The CNC machining workshop was analyzed with goal of minimizing flow-time to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
