对车间作业排序系统中的模型库管理问题,采用面向对象的建模技术,结合模型库管理的一般要求和生产作业排序算法的具体特点,提出了一种可重用的车间作业排序系统模型库设计方案。该方案采用面向服务架构,引用各种所开发的排序模型和算法,建立了一套算法模型自动匹配与生成机制,并使用所生成的模型对排序问题进行优化计算。引入仿真模型对优化结果进行验证,并通过信息反馈对优化模型加以修正,最后通过示例阐述了使用统一建模语言对系统进行建模的过程。
To deal with model base management problem in workshop production scheduling system, by considering both the general requirements for model management of decision support system and the specific features of production scheduling algorithm, and by adopting the object-oriented modeling technology, a kind of reusable model base architecture for production scheduling systems was proposed Taking advantages of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), with reference to various developed scheduling models and algorithms, a set of automatic matching and generation scheme for algorithm model was constructed. Scheduling problems were optimized by the generated model. A simulation procedure was introduced to validate the optimization results, and optimization model was adjusted by information feedback. The effectiveness of the proposed architecture was demonstrated by the implementation of modeling process using unified modeling language(UML).
