本文在目前我国证券市场“大小非”减持的背景下，分析了由于限售流通股的解禁造成的市场估值体系困惑和混乱，系统地总结和阐述了金融资本和产业资本的市场估值体系以及他们的差异，提出新的市场估值体系的建立将是金融资本与产业资本两者不同估值体系博弈的结果，同时新的估值体系的建立也标志着金融资本与产业资本的紧密结合。
英文摘要：
The confusion and chaos of market valuation system caused by the ＂non-size＂ reduction are analyzed, and the market valuation system differences between financial capital and industrial capital are summarized and expounded systematically in this paper. It is also proposed that the establishment of the new market valuation system will be the game result between financial capital and industrial capital. At same time, the establishment of the new market valuation system is the symbol of close integration between financial capital and industrial capital.
