静电纺丝技术是一种简单、怏速制备纳米纤维的方法,已成为目前纳米材料制造领域研究的热点;静电纺丝纳米纤维以结构均匀、比表面积大、易于改性等优点,在电子器件、生物医学领域、滤材等方面广泛应用.文章介绍了功能性纳米纤维的制备方法、有序纳米纤维的研究现状,分析了纳米纤维在传感器和微机电系统中的应用.
Electrospinning is an easier and quicker way to fabricate nanofiber, which has become the research hotspot all over the world. Due to the advantages of uniform,high surface-to-volume ratio and easily modification, nanofibers have great potential industrial application, such as electronic device, biomedical materials and filter membrane. This paper introduces methods to fabricate functional nanofibers,the research level of order nanofiber fabrication, and the application of nanofiber to sensor and MEMS.
