设计合成了13个未见文献报道的1,5-二取代吡唑基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮类化合物,其结构经元素分析,^1HNMR,IR确证.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物有一定的抗烟草花叶病毒(TMV)活性,所有化合物抑菌活性较低.
In order to find novel anti-TMV and antifungal compounds with high activity and low toxicity, thirteen new 1,5-bis(substituted pyrazol-4-yl)-1,4-pentadien-3-one derivatives were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassays indicated that some compounds showed moderate activity against TMV, and all compounds showed weak antifungal activity.
