目的研究壳聚糖(Chitosan)对高血脂及脂肪肝造型大鼠的降脂作用,初步探讨壳聚糖的降脂作用机制。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组、高脂模型组、阳性对照组、壳聚糖1组(建模前给药)、壳聚糖2组(建模后给药),分别以各组饲料连续喂养6周。结果与模型组相比较,两个壳聚糖组血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)均显著降低.血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLc)升高。同时,壳聚糖对大鼠肝脏TC,TG、肝重、腹脂等均有显著效果,能显著升高大鼠盲肠内容物pH。结论壳聚糖具有较显著的降脂效果和脂肪肝防治效果,其降脂作用机制应以包裹作用为主。
Objective To investigate the effects of chitosan on serum lipid and fatty liver in rats. Methods Hyperlipemia animal model was established by feeding fat-rich forage and chitosan was added into forage in the test groups, The lipids index of blood and liver were determined ,the test lasted for 6 weeks. Results With Comparision to model group, chitosan could significantly lower serum TC, TG levels and raise HDLc levels (P〈0.05). Chitosan Chitosan could significantly decrease TC, TG levels in rat's livers, liver weights and epididymal fat pad, and significantly increased pH of the cecal contents of rats. Conclusion Chitosan could significantly reduce serum lipid and cure fatty liver. Fat droplet-wrapping effect may be the main hypocholesterolemic mechanism of chitosan.
