以柠檬酸根同时作为还原剂和保护剂,采用化学还原法通过冷凝回流实验,同时还原HAuCl_4和AgNO_3,制备了粒径为50nm的金银合金纳米粒子并对其进行了表征。通过在合金纳米粒子表面修饰酒石酸作为识别分子,建立了一种快速检测水中Cr~(3+)的比色传感分析方法。在优化的实验条件下,该方法对Cr~(3+)有较好的选择性,检测Cr~(3+)浓度范围为(0.3~20.5)μmol·L-1,最低检测限为0.22μmol·L~(-1)。该方法检测时间短、操作简单、检测费用低,用于检测水中的Cr~(3+)有良好的应用前景。
With the citrate as both protector and reducer,the Au/Ag alloy nanoparticles with a diameter of 50 nm were synthesized by reduction of HAuCl4 and AgNO3, ,and the alloy nanoparticles were character- ized. With the use of tartaric acid as the recognition element for Cr3+ , a simple and sensitive colorimetric detection method for Cr3+ was developed. Under the optimized conditions, the selectivity of the proposed method was very well,the linear ranges of the calibration curve for Cr3+ were 0.3~20.5 μmol·L-1 ,and the limit of detection was 0.22 μmol·L-1. Due to the advantages of fast response, simplicity of operator and lower cost,the proposed method may have a promising prospect.
