A graph Gis called a fractional(k,m)-deleted graph if any medges is removed fromGthen the result graph admits a fractional k-factor.Gis also called fractional ID-(k,m)-deleted graph if G-Iis fractional(k,m)-deleted graph for any independent set I.In this paper,the degree sum condition for fractional ID-(k,m)-deleted graph was given,and show that the result is best possible in some sense.
