英文摘要：

Based on the data of2001to2014,the technological progress index of various types of enterprises wasmeasured by using Solow residual value method.The dynamic panel model was used to study the direct and indirecteffects of environmental regulation on technological progress of enterprises.The results show that environmentalregulation has promoted the technological progress of state-owned and foreign-invested enterprises,and there isa significant direct effect.The interaction between environmental regulation and FDI has a significant effect onthe technological progress of private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises,so as to improve the level ofenvironmental regulation is conducive to FDI technology spillover,and promote technological progress.Othercontrol factors are different for different companies.Finally,the article makes policy recommendations based on the results.
