本文利用汽车行业1994-2013年的时间序列数据验证了技术进步与技能人才需求的互动关系,以及技术进步通过"技术进步-技能变动-边际生产效率-工资挤压效应"对企业培训动机产生影响机制的现实存在性。而技术进步对企业培训动机的影响水平的实证分析结果显示,与激励与成本、体制机制因素相比,当前技术进步因素对企业培训动机的影响还处于相对比较低的水平,技术进步对企业培训动力的积极作用尚未得到充分的激发。
The paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between technological progress and skilled manpower demand with the automobile industry's data from 1994-2013. It points out there is a significant positive correlation between them. It also testifies the presence of the power transmission mechanism between technological progress and enterprise training motivation, which is "Technological progress- Skills change- Marginal productivity gains improve- Wage squeeze effect increase". However, compared with the institution and cost factors, the effect level of technological progress impacting on enterprise training motivation is relatively low. That means the positive effects of technological progress on enterprise training motivation have not been fully stimulated.
