针对主体给出序关系信息的双边匹配问题，提出了一种决策方法．首先利用Borda分值对序关系进行转化，然后对Borda分值矩阵进行规范化；依据规范化Borda分值矩阵，构建综合Borda分值矩阵和差异度矩阵，进而构建匹配度矩阵．基于匹配度矩阵构建一个匹配模型，通过求解该模型获得匹配方案．最后，通过一个算例说明所提方法的实用性和有效性．

A decision method is proposed to solve the two-sided matching problem, in which the order relation information is given by agents. Firstly, the Borda score is used to convert order relations, and then Borda score matrices are normalized. According to the normalized Borda score matrixes, comprehensive Borda score matrix and difference degree matrix are be built, and further the matching degree matrix can be built. Based on the matching degree matrix, a matching model is built. The matching alternative is obtained by solving the model. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
