文中以河南省三县市324户农户为调查对象,采用问卷调查法和Logistic回归法,分析河南省当前农村集体经营性建设用地入市过程中农户的认知与意愿,并探究影响农户参与入市意愿的影响因素。研究表明:农民对集体经营性建设用地入市的前景预期乐观,对入市增值收益分配的关注度最高;耕地资源安全风险与各类以地生财的投机和短视行为风险,是农户在入市过程中最为担心的风险因素;影响农户参与农村集体经营性建设用地入市意愿的三个关键因素是:农户家庭的农业依赖度、农户风险喜好以及对流转入市预期的满意度。本研究以期为集体经营性建设用地入市提供微观视角的参考。
Based on the investigation of 324 farmers in Henan province,we used the questionnaire and the Logistic model to analyze the farmers' cognition and willingness of the marketization of the rural collective operating construction land,and to explore the impact factors of farmers' participation. The results show that farmers' expectations for the future of the rural collective operating construction land into the market are optimistic,and the distribution of the value-added income is the most concerned issue. In the marketing process,farmers' biggest risk factors are the cultivated land security and the short-sighted speculation. The farmers' agricultural dependence,farmer's risk preference and the satisfaction of the marketing expectation are the key influencing factors for the farmers' responds. Finally,based on the research results,we put forward some policy recommendations.
