利用流体力学数值模拟软件分析采空区流场的分布,对研究采空区自燃氧化“三带”的空间分布极其方便和有效.通过对仿真数值模型的建立和通风参数的改变,分析不同供风量条件下的流场分布,有利于对采空区自燃发火等情况的分析和预测.基于采空区漏风极限的原则,通过FLUENT对唐口1304综放工作面进行数值模拟,分析了流场的分布,划分了自燃氧化“三带”的范围,对矿井内因火灾的防治提供了指导,有利于矿井的安全生产和整体安全水平的提高.
By using hydromechanics numerical simulation software, flow field distribution of mined - out area is analysed, which is extremely convenient and effective to study of spontaneous combustion "three zones" in spatial distribution in goal. By the numerical simulation model setting and ventilation parameters change, analysis of different air volume for the flow field is beneficial to goaf spontaneous combustion foreast. Based on the principle of the limit of air leakage, by using Fluent to do numerical simulation for Tangkou 1304 workfaee and studying the flow field distribution, the paper delimits the scope of the spontaneous combustion "three zones" , provides guidance to the mine fire preventioning and controlling, which is conducive to the safety of mine production and improving the overall security level.
