为了实时监控固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的工作状态。设计并实现了一种基于VC的SOFC监控系统。该系统中可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为下位机进行数据采集,PC机作为上位机监控SOFC的运行情况,使用户实时直观地获取SOFC工作参数并且对系统下达控制指令。实验结果表明,该系统运行可靠性高,为进一步优化SOFC设计与分析提供了必要条件。
In order to monitor the real-time working state of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), a SOFC monitoring system based on VC programming platform was designed and implemented. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) was used as a lower machine to sample data, while PC acted as the upper machine to monitor the running state of SOFC. Then the users could directly acquire SOFC working parameters as well as send control command to the system in real time. Experiment results show the system had high reliability. It provided necessary conditions for the design and analysis of further SOFC optimizing.
