针对永磁式行星齿轮设计中的电磁问题进行了系统研究。通过对永磁式行星齿轮设计中的关键问题的理论和仿真分析,提出了永磁式行星齿轮设计的基本原则,在此基础上设计了一台高转矩密度、低定位力矩的永磁式行星齿轮。基于有限元仿真软件进行电磁参数计算,验证了结构的合理性。加工了样机,对样机的永磁太阳轮的最大传递转矩进行了试验,试验结果验证了上述设计和优化方法的有效性。
For high performance MPG design, the electromagnetic properties were systematically studied. The key problems.in electromagnetic design were posed, through theoretical analysis and simulation, the causes and solutions of problems were studied and the fundamental principle of electromagnetic design of MPG was proposed. Based on the research above, one high torque density and low cogging torque MPG was designed, the simulation results indicate that the performances was obvious superior to traditional MPG. Based on the results of optimization, a prototype was manufactured. The tested results indicate the validity of design and optimization methods.
