In order to reveal the evolutionary mechanism of high-tech enterprises innovation funds chain ecosystem, this paper concludes element meanings on the basis of defining the innovation funds chain ecosystem, and states its characteristics of integrity, dynamic, and circularity. This paper, from the angle of source and running, deeply an- alyses the evolutionary process, and further points out that evolutionary mechanism of high-tech enterprises innova- tion funds chain ecosystem, including restructuring mechanism, symbiosis mechanism and balance mechanism, to restrict and promote the operation of the ecosystem. The research results can help high-tech enterprises master inno- vation funds movements based on the evolutionary mechanism of innovation funds chain ecosystem, timely access to innovation funds, to improve investment performance and obtain sustainable competitive advantage, with theoretical and practical significance.
