针对产品研发环节,分析了企业的网络能力和技术能力及其交互对产品研发成功的影响,提出了相关假设并利用河南省283家制造企业的调研数据进行了初步的实证检验.结果显示,企业网络能力和技术能力的提高都有利于促进产品研发的成功,但两者的交互作用与产品研发成功之间存在三种关系:显著的互补关系、显著的互斥关系及介于两者之间的潜在的互补(互斥)关系.从知识管理的角度来看,我国制造业企业存在的“引进一落后再引进一再落后”的怪圈,其主要原因之一,可能就是一些来自于企业外部的增量知识与企业内部的存量知识难以融合、进而难以形成系统化的知识,最终难以促进企业产生持续的技术创新.
Based on the product development process,this paper analyses the interaction between the networking capacities and the technical capabilities on the success of R&D. Then put forward the relevant hypothesis. Prelimina rily conduct the empirical test using the data form 283 manu facturing enterprises in Henan Province. The results show that: the networking capacity and the Technical Capability are both conductive to promote the success of the R~D, and the interaction between the networking capacity and the tech nical capability are not all conductive to promote the success of the R&D. There may have three kinds of relationships: the significant and complementary relationship, the significant and exclusive relationship, and the potential and complementary (exclusive) relationship. From the perspective of knowledge management, there exists a strange cycle of "the introduction-backward and bring in and then backward" in the manufacturing enterprises in China, one of the possible reasons is that some increment knowledge outside the enterprise and some stock knowledge within the enterprise are dif ficult to merges. Thus are difficult to form the systematic knowledge, ultimately are difficult to promote enterprise to create the continuous technological innovation.
