基于产业生命周期理论和通过国内外对比,对我国LED产业发展的阶段和趋势进行了分析,并应用DEA有效评价法对7个LED产业化基地的效率进行了比较。研究发现：我国LED产业还处于产业生命周期发展阶段的前期;在未来一个时期内,产业将不断壮大和规范化,技术水平将逐步提高;但产业发展存在规模小和投入产出效率低等问题。在上述研究的基础上,提出了我国LED产业的发展战略。

英文摘要：

Based on the industry life cycle theory and through contrasting home and abroad,the paper analyzes the development stage and trends of China＇s LED industry.Then it makes a comparative analysis of efficiencies on seven LED industry bases in China,applying the theory of data envelopment analysis（DEA）.The studies find that China＇s LED industry is still in the early stage of development in the industry life cycle,and in the future for a period of time,industry will continue to grow and be standardized as well as the level of technology will be gradually improved.However,there are also such problems as small scale and low output efficiency existed in the development of China＇s LED industry.Based on the above studies,development strategies for China＇s LED industry are proposed.
