Objective：To study the influence of YishenDaluo drink on experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis IL-2 and IL-4. Meth-ods：^ mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Chinese medicine group and hormone group, ten in each group. The normal group and model group were given physiological saline 0. 1 mL/10 g, intragastric administration. The Chinese medicine group was given YishenDaluo Drink [ 2 g （ crude drug） g . mL~l ],0. 1 mL/10 g,lavage. The hormone group was given Prednisone （0.42 g ？ L_1 ） ,0. 1 ml/lOg,lavage. Use protein western immunoblotting to determine the changes of IL-2 and IL-4 in central nerve tissue of EAE mice. Results ： The neurological function score of model group was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group after 61th day. Compared of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05） . The IL-2 expression levels in central nerve tissue of model group were higher than that of normal group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The IL-2 ex-pression levels in central nerve tissue of Chinese medicine group and hormone group were lower than that of model group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The IL-4 expression levels in central nerve tissue of Chinese traditional medicine group were higher than that of model group. The difference was statistically significant （F〈0.05）. Conclusion ： YishenDaluo drink can reduce the neurological function score of EAE mice,relieve the inflammatory cell infiltrate and myelinoclasis of central nervous tissue of EAE mice. Its mechanism may be related to decreasing the IL-2 expression levels and increasing the IL-4 expression levels.
